Processing your order
Your order is usually processed on the same day, at the latest on the next business day, and handed over to our shipping partner GLS. For perfume decants, preparation may take a little longer, as we carefully and freshly decant every fragrance sample for you.
The regular shipping time within Austria is approximately 1–3 business days. For orders with decants, the total delivery time may be up to 7 business days.
As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your personal tracking number. You can use it to conveniently track the shipping status at any time.
