Our products are packed with the utmost care and shipped within 2–5 business days within Austria,
or 3–10 business days within the EU.
Shipping providers: Austrian Post / DHL
After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking.
For inquiries regarding your order, please always include your order number so that we can process your request quickly.
Returns & Exchanges
A revocation is possible within 14 days.
In addition, we offer a voluntary exchange right within 2 weeks,
provided the goods are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
